Pallet collars
A pallet collar is a folding wooden frame with steel hinges that sits on top of a pallet. Stack several and you have a box; fold them flat and they take almost no space on the return journey. It is the cheapest way to turn a pallet into a closed load carrier, and it is the product we make most of.
We produce collars in the two common European footprints as well as in dimensions we cut specifically for a customer's own pallet, rack or product. Board thickness, height, number of hinges and timber quality are all specified per order.
